Analysis

Through the map of bars, hotels, theaters, the bulk of the entertainment, cultural venuesare clustered in the Gothic Quarter and the new city. I hope that the extension of the theater by the sea, the activity can lead to the sea, the use of the beautiful seasidescenery and landscape features to create a new coastal city.

Introduction

Barcelona is a vibrant city.  Many public parks, a Gothic cathedral, Renaissance and Baroque giving people energy both mentally and physically.  When people hear a city name of “Barcelona”, instant picture of Flamenco dance will pop into the head.  You will be impressed by their passion and enthusiasm.

The concept of this development will embrace “growth”, which means that it will preserve the identity of the place but also transforming it into a new contemporary space.  Integrating simplest form of modern life style with the decoration of upcoming building design techniques, this project will be user-friendly design.  More importantly, people could get involved in a design process to build up the sense of belonging.  Once the construction finishes, with many different fields of consultants using most up-to-date technologies and expert construction workers, people can get involved in a final process of blowing life into the structure creating a comprehensive and inspiring place to be.  This will attract more people to this place of life style and also could enjoy their lives.
